01 · OPENING
Open the register
Your name, and the float you're starting with. The day can't take money until someone has said what was in the drawer.
Retail management
Your till, your stock and your credit book in one window — running on the shop PC, working when the line goes down, with the whole business in a file you can copy.
The shape of every day
Praxiac is built around the four things that actually happen between opening and locking up. Everything else in the app exists to make one of them faster or harder to get wrong.
01 · OPENING
Your name, and the float you're starting with. The day can't take money until someone has said what was in the drawer.
02 · ALL DAY
Scan to add, or search by name. Cash, card or credit, a discount if you're giving one, then complete.
03 · AS THEY COME
Credit customers settling up. The payment lands on their wallet and in the day's takings at the same moment.
04 · CLOSING
Count the drawer. What goes to the safe, what stays as float, and — recorded, not argued about — what the difference was.
Catalog & inventory
A product carries its options; Praxiac generates every combination as its own variant with its own SKU, barcode, cost, price and reorder point. Inventory lists the things you can actually sell, not the ideas behind them.
Filter to Low Stock Only on a Monday morning and you are looking at your ordering list.
| Item | SKU | On hand | Status |
|---|---|---|---|

SKU-1042 | 3 | Low |
| Canvas Tote One size |
SKU-2210 | 0 | Out |

SKU-3387 | 2 | Low |
| Leather Belt 90 / Tan |
SKU-4055 | 26 | In stock |
Barcode labels
Tick a row, or tick the header and take the whole shelf, then press Print labels. Praxiac writes ZPL straight to the thermal printer through the Windows spooler — no driver dialog, no export step, no design tool in between.

Customers & credit
Every credit customer has a wallet: a limit, a running balance, and a statement that reconciles line by line against the sales and payments behind it. Nothing writes a balance directly — the ledger is the only way in — so what the statement says is what actually happened.
Receivables are bucketed by staleness, counted from the customer's last payment rather than from the invoice date. It answers the question you actually have: who has gone quiet.
Money & reports
Money sits in three places and Praxiac tracks what moves between them. The overview totals what you are owed and what you owe; the feed shows every movement carrying the note whoever wrote the document left on it.
Reports take the longer view. Revenue net of returns. Margin from costs snapshotted at the moment of sale, so a supplier's price rise never quietly rewrites last quarter. Twelve months of trend, your best sellers, and what the shelves are actually worth.
The rest of the shop
Most of a trading day is a sale. The rest is what usually gets written on a scrap of paper and lost — goods lent out, goods held back, a sale rung up wrong. Praxiac gives each of them a document, a reference and a way to close.
TKO-000118
Stock that left the shop but hasn't been sold. A takeout follows it until every piece is either paid for or brought back — settled line by line, against the customer's credit.
KEP-000027
Set goods aside with no money involved. The hold either reserves the stock or takes it off the books — your shop's choice, snapshotted onto the keep so it is always released the way it was placed.
RET-000009
Three different things, and picking the right one is what keeps the books honest. A return moves stock and money. A correction reverses and replaces in one move. A void reverses, with a reason, and nothing takes its place.
ALERT
Low stock, out of stock, an account gone overdue. Raised inside the same transaction as the sale that caused it, so the shop can never end up describing a sale that didn't happen.
PIN
Balances, closings and reports sit behind a PIN, so the person on the till can sell all day without seeing what the shop is worth.
PDF · A4
Invoices, statements and takeout notes render on your letterhead — with Arabic and Persian shaped correctly, not reversed into nonsense.
Under the hood
A shop system earns its keep on the ordinary Tuesday when nobody is thinking about it. Praxiac is built to be that: quick to put in, hard to lose, and straight with you about what happened.
It goes on the shop PC in a single step and opens like any other program. Nothing to buy alongside it, nothing to keep running in the background, no setup weekend.
Your records sit on the machine in front of you. The till keeps ringing when the internet doesn't, because nothing about a sale needs the internet.
Your whole shop is one file and a folder of product pictures. Copy them to a USB stick like anything else — no export tool, no vendor in the middle.
It runs on the shop PC today and in a browser before long. Same shop, same records either way, and nobody is asked to start again when it moves.
Stock agrees with its movements and balances agree with the books. Every figure on screen can be traced back to the document that made it, so a number is never just a number.
A mistake is fixed by writing the document that reverses it, with a reason attached. What happened stays in the record — which is the whole point of a record.
The store manual
Every install ships with an operator's handbook written for the person on the till, not for the person who bought it — from first-time setup through to closing the register at night. Thirteen chapters, no jargon, and a quick-reference page for the day a button won't press.
